Brad Martin is the Vice President of Quality and Engineering Operations for Enterasys Networks. Martinhas been with Enterasys for over twelve years, and started with the company by working as a summer co-op during engineering school. Martin graduated from the University of Maine in 1998 with a degree in mechanical engineering, and initially went to work for another company upon graduation. He came back to Enterasys in 2000 as an Engineering Manager, expanded his engineering responsibilities, and was eventually promoted to Vice President of Engineering Operations.
In 2009 Martin took responsibility for Enterasys hardware quality assurance, and has since assumed responsibility for all quality functions at Enterasys including Software Quality, Hardware Quality, Customer Quality and Quality Management Systems. Martin sits on Manufacturing Executive Magazine’s Executive Leadership Council, and his teams were awarded two ML100 awards in 2012 for achievement in Quality and Culture.
